Our story

Billity was founded in 2018 by Jostein Engen and today consists of teams in Norway and Estonia.

In Norway, our administration, project managers, and advisors are based. In Estonia, we work with highly skilled and experienced developers and designers. Alongside supporting our customers, we’ve spent recent years developing our own BSS platform—designed to make mobile operations simpler, more efficient, and more profitable.
